This Privacy Policy explains how ITTC LLC, a company registered in the Russian Federation (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you use the Deadman Alarm mobile application and related backend services (collectively, the “Service”).

Deadman Alarm helps sailing crews organize watch rotations during voyages, track watch activity, and notify crew members when a watch goes silent. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

4. Sign in with Apple and Google

When you sign in with Apple or Google, the relevant provider sends us a verified email address (or, if you use Apple’s “Hide My Email” relay, a relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) and your name. We use these only to create or look up your Deadman Alarm account. We do not receive your Apple or Google password and we do not access any other data from those accounts.

On deletion, your profile, device tokens, refresh tokens, and personal boat memberships are removed. Boats for which you are the captain will be deleted together with their watches and logs.

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including TLS in transit, hashed passwords, short-lived access tokens, and restricted internal access to production data. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep your device protected.

Deadman Alarm is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
